You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Website or make the Platform available to any third party; (b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Website, including but not limited to its source code, underlying algorithms, user interface design, or internal APIs; (c) bypass, circumscribe, or disable any security or digital rights management mechanisms; or (d) use any automated system, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to monitor, copy, or extract data from the Website without prior written authorization.
This is a HIPAA-compliant system containing protected health information (PHI). All access is logged, monitored, and audited in compliance with 45 CFR §164.312. Sessions auto-expire after 15 minutes of inactivity per HIPAA Security Rule requirements.
